Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform VHB Studio, Zur Domäne 84, 06779 Raguhn-Jeßnitz, Germany, phone +49 (0) 34906 269680, email info@vhb-service.de, by an unequivocal statement such as a letter or email. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Online withdrawal and cancellation

The permanent cancellation link in the footer opens subscription management and allows cancellation at the end of the current billing period. A withdrawal can additionally be declared using the email or postal address in the legal notice. Receipt of an electronic declaration will be confirmed without undue delay.

Effects

We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly requested service during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due where statutory conditions are met.
