Cleanroom Radar is a web-based market, source and knowledge platform. The checkout description defines the contracted functions.
Scores, estimates, assistant responses and market potential are decision aids, not guaranteed facts or revenue promises. Users must verify original sources and regulatory statements.
Checkout displays scope, total price, term, cancellation and payment method before the order. A contract is formed only as stated in checkout.
The trial lasts seven days and then automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled beforehand. The first charge occurs after the trial. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
The total price is EUR 9.99 per user per month. The total price and applicable tax information shown immediately before ordering prevails. Fees are payable monthly in advance.
The subscription is open-ended and may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. The permanent cancellation link in the footer opens the subscription management portal.
A licence is assigned to one person and permits one active session at a time. Credentials may not be shared. Automated extraction, resale, substantial public copying and circumvention of safeguards are prohibited.
Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security, external-source failures or force majeure may limit service. Necessary and reasonable changes may be made while essential services remain available.
Software, structure, curation and original content are protected. Customers receive a non-transferable right of use for the contract term. Linked source rights remain with their owners.
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, death, injury, health damage and mandatory law. For minor negligence affecting essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss. Other liability for minor negligence is excluded where lawful.
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Consumer dispute information appears in the legal notice.
